Construction of the facilities will begin during 2026, and they are scheduled to come on stream in 2027. These plants will join the assets that Naturmet already has in OIvega, in Soria, and the plant currently under construction in Valtierra, Navarre. The company has a total portfolio of 18 projects at various stages of development and has set itself the target of achieving an annual production of 1 TWh of biomethane.
