FIEE invests in sectors operating without reliance on public subsidies and driven by strong industrial fundamentals. The long-term need for efficiency, new infrastructure and resilient energy models sustains the entire investment universe.
Investment Strategy
A disciplined and proven investment strategy
We target scalable companies with solid business models, long-term contracted revenues and exposure to creditworthy customers. Our aim is to maximise returns while maintaining a balanced risk profile.
Fund I invested €157 million and successfully completed five exits, delivering strong returns. Fund II has already allocated over €164 million and continues to pursue opportunities aligned with long-term Energy Transition drivers.
We invest in opportunities with 6-8 year repayment periods consistent with fund duration of 10-12 years.
Investment Policy
Diversification and long-term visibility
The Investment Team analyses opportunities that are diversified, sizeable and aligned with the strategic focus of the funds. This includes companies with strong contractual frameworks and predictable cash flows.
Current potential investments under review amount to €200 million and focus on priority segments of the new energy paradigm.
