The transaction includes five facilities intended for: refinancing, construction of new plants, refurbishment works and management of energy-sharing arrangements.

The financing comes just a few days after the agreement signed with CAM (Consorzio Acquedottistico Marsicano S.p.A.) for what is currently the largest Remote Individual Self-Consumption scheme in Italy.
