Our Story
A pioneering fund manager with a clear mission
FIEE SGR S.p.A. was founded in 2014 to launch Italy’s first private equity fund dedicated to Energy Transition for professional investors. Authorised by the Bank of Italy in 2015, FIEE operates as a specialised manager focused on sustainable investments in the real economy.
From energy efficiency to renewables, electrification and integrated energy services, FIEE has built a solid and resilient track record. Our investments have proven counter-cyclical and stable even during disruptive global events, confirming the robustness of the sector.

Our approach is built on deep industrial and financial expertise developed over more than 20 years in the energy sector. The Team brings over 100 years of combined experience across energy efficiency, renewable generation, HVACR technologies, infrastructure and asset management.
We leverage long-standing relationships with entrepreneurs and industrial operators, often becoming the first institutional investor. This proprietary sourcing model enables disciplined entry, strong governance, and aligned long-term value creation.
