Maurizio Cereda

Partner and member of the Board of Directors of the SGR since 2016, where, inter alia, he is in charge of scouting, screening, assessing and selecting investments. He earned a degree in Business Economics at Università Bocconi di Milano. Previously Deputy General Manager and Director of Mediobanca, where, in the course of his 20-year career, held various roles, including manager of the Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Coverage Large Corporate areas, and handled some of the most important privatisation transactions in Italy (Enel, Finmeccanica, etc.). Member of the board of directors of Sisal Group, Prada, Technogym, SAVE, Enervit, and Fondazione IEO-CCM.
