Eligio Fabio Zerella

Head of Operations of the SGR, he reports directly to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer and acts closely with the Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Team of the Liquid Investments division, taking care of all Middle-Back Office activities related to the management of open-ended funds.

He holds a Master Degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata.

He has over 14 years of experience in the Settlement Area at Generali Investments SGR, mastering all Operations processes and becoming a point of reference for the Generali Group’s strategic investments.

He further enhanced his knowledge in Operations by obtaining the ADVANCED GLOBAL SECURITIES OPERATIONS certification, issued by the Chartered Institute For Securities & Investment.

Finally, he obtained the certification of CRYPTOCURRENCY EXPERT, issued by the Blockchain Council institute.
