Member of the Investment Team, where she selects and executes investment opportunities in collaboration with the Key Managers.
She earned a Master Degree with honors in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control at Università Bocconi in Milan. During her studies she participated in an exchange program at University of Western Australia and attended a Options, Futures and other Financial Derivatives class at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
After a brief experience at the Debt Advisory & Restructuring department at Rothschild, she worked at Banca Imi as member of the Project & Acquisition Finance team, specializing in the Energy & Utility sectors and in debt restructuring operations, being involved in transactions totalling over € 2 billion. Afterwards she worked in the Strategic Equity Investments and Group Planning & Control teams at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, where, inter alia, she dealt with investment funds’ restructuring, extraordinary transactions, and monitoring of a portfolio of several funds.
